Cut the meat in small cubes. Put it in a bowl and add plenty of olive oil and oyster sauce. Mix well. Let it stand for at least 15 minutes.
Heat a skillet and cook the meat mixture until meat is well cooked (about 20 minutes). Don't add any more oil. Once the meat is cooked and the juices are reduced (not entirely) add cooked beans (I used red ones) and cooked white rice. Add drops of tabasco or minced jalapenos if you like. Mix everything and make the tacos using flour tortillas. Top with cheese and cream!
