Slice a persimmon into quarters, place in a baking dish, and drizzle with honey and sea salt. Place under broiler until the fruit starts to caramelize, roughly 5-8 minutes. Pile persimmons onto a heap of Greek yogurt and top with cinnamon, pine nuts (you can toast them for a richer flavor but I honestly forgot), and another drizzle of honey, if desired. Enjoy!
