Soft and chewy eggnog cookies:

In small bowl, mix
2 1/4 c (288 g) flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Rounded 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Rounded 1/2 tsp cinnamon

In med bowl, whip
3/4 c (170 g) room temp butter
1/4 c + 2 tbsp (75 g) granulated sugar
1/3 c + 1 tsp packed brown sugar (77 g)

One at a time, mix in 2 egg yolks, just until combined

Stir in
1/2 c (4 oz) eggnog
1/2 tsp rum
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Slowly add dries, mix just until combined

Bake at 350° 12 min
