Leftover pumpkin? Turn it into beautiful gnocchi.
Add an egg to the pumpkin purée (or roasted pumpkin), chopped herbs, and enough flour for a soft dough just till it's not sticky. Cut and poach the gnocchi until they float and add to a hot pan (for the NW) with butter, chanterelles and sage.
