Tzatziki- simple and delicious.
Thinly slice two Persian cucumbers (leaving skins on), mince two cloves garlic, juice two small Meyer lemons, roughly chop dill, Italian parsley and thyme. Add lebni kefir cheese, salt and fresh cracked pepper. Mix well. Lemon juice and water from the cucumbers will thin down the lebni into a beautiful dip consistency. Top rice, bread, pita crackers, veggies, meats- whatever you choose. This is a super universal side dip! Yummerz!
