Fish, capers, lime olive oil, salt and pepper. Season w/ s&p. Cover with 2-3 tbsp of lime olive oil. Let sit for 15 mins. Heat 1 tbsp butter and olive oil. Cook 3-4 mins per side. Sprinkle w/caper
Potatoes, cherry tomatoes, bacon, butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook bacon. Remove. Drain half bacon grease. Add butter. Cut potatoes. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cover for 10 mins, uncover, cook 5 more mins. Add tomatoes, cook 4 more mins, add bacon.
