A fun chocolate Christmas treat. Made this Yule Log with a simple chocolate cake base (3 eggs, 75g sugar, 50g flour, 25g cocoa powder) cooked in a Swiss roll tin and rolled up with strawberry jam & whipped cream, drizzle with melted chocolate and some decorations.
