Gateau Victoire. (flourless chocolate cake) Ready to go into the oven in a water bath. Great part is that you can make it a week in advance and wrap in plastic wrap. I plan to top it with a salted caramel mousse on Christmas Eve. Even greater part is that it's all gluten free. And the greatest part of all..... it is the best chocolate cake that you will ever have....gluten free or not. Intense chocolate flavor...not too sweet. I used Judy Rodger's (Zuni Cafe) recipe for the cake.
