A "there's nothing left in the fridge meal".
Dish 1-zucchini, yellow squash, lots of garlic and a fresh sprig of random rosemary for a subtle flavor.
Dish 2-fresh grated sweet corn that I really should've ate last Tuesday when I got it-but butter will make it better-with sage.
Dish 3-half of a purple sweet potato that was rolling around in the drawer tossed in coconut oil, grey Celtic sea salt and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
