Okonomiyaki: perfect solution for using up that pesky cabbage. Mix 5-6 eggs, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp salt in a large bowl. Whisk in 1/4-1/2 c flour to make batter. Add 4-5 cups thinly sliced cabbage and scallions (and any other vegetable - carrots, zucchini, etc) and mix to combine. Heat oil in cast iron pan and scoop batter into pan to make pancake roughly 6-inches wide. Cook for about 3 min until browned then flip and cook another 3 minutes. Makes about 5. Top with sauce (mayo & sriracha & soy sauce), sesame seeds and furikake! #notrecipe #f52grams #okonomiyaki
