Persimmon & Pecan Marmalade Galette
For the dough:
Sunflower seed flour
All purpose flour
For the filling:
Homemade citrus marmalade
Sliced Hachiya Persimmons
Brushed with egg wash before baking and sprinkled more oats and sugar on dough. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes, until filling is bubbly and crust is golden. Serve warm.
In citrus marmalade:
Oranges, lemons, lemon juice, clove, cinnamon, raw cane sugar, fresh grated ginger.

Hachiya Persimmons, overly ripe.
Cinnamon, cardamom, Clove, lemon juice, raw cane sugar.
