Season the Certified Angus Beef Rime Rib 6lbs with salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste. Place on roasting rack and refrigerate uncovered overnight.
Preheat over to 450 degrees. Cook for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 325 degrees and cook for approximately 2 hours for medium rare Beef. Use meat thermometer to check degrees of cooking.
