Seared the chicken on the skillet till the skins were brown. Finished cooking it in the oven @ 350 for about 20 minutes. Sautéed onions and carrots with garlic and salt in the same skillet I used for the chicken. Once tender I deglazed the pan with some white wine and it's ready to serve.
