Cheese & Broccoli Quiche with Phyllo Dough Crust
Layer as many sheets of phyllo as your little heart desires, with a heathy swipe of melted butter between each. Beat four whole eggs and two additional egg whites with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of garlic powder. Pour into phyllo dough crust, place chopped broccoli florets into the mixture and top with shredded white cheddar and Parmesan. Place in oven heated to 400 and bake until eggs are puffed up and phyllo is crispy!
