This is a lightened up version of Deb's genius recipe (link below) that turns leftover cheeses, herbs and wine into magic!
I had old cheddar, plain cream cheese, smoked cheddar, dill havarti and chèvre on hand. Into the food processor with some rosemary, parsley, garlic & white wine. I lightened mine up with the addition of nutritional yeast and about 3/4 cup cooked quinoa.
This can firm up & sit in the fridge to 'meld'. Serve with crackers and you're ready for more holiday snacking!
