Pizza con patate with sourdough crust.
Slice and blanch golden russet potatoes, stretch/roll/through a thin sourdough crust. Pour a good amount of quality olive oil and Maldonado salt. Arrange potatoes, sprinkle with fresh rosemary. Grate parmigiano over the potatoes. Cook on the hearth in a HOT oven. (As shown the aluminum is creating a dairy free slice).
