Broccoli Detox Soup - cook onion, garlic, carrot, ginger and 3 cups broccoli until softened then add 2 cups of water or homemade vegetable stock & bring to the boil. Simmer for 15 minutes add bunch of spinach & salt pepper to taste. Purée to desired consistency.
Served with sprouted pumpkin & tumeric bread with sunflower seeds, kale chips & sprouts.
