I needed some vegetables after such a carb-heavy New Year! Stir-fried carrots, broccoli, onion, red and orange bell peppers. Added a leftover shredded roast chicken breast and sauce of hoisin, soy sauce, oyster sauce, Sambal oelek, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, water and brown sugar.
