I love to keep it simple! For my Lemon Pepper Catfish Fillet, I place an awesome cut on parchment and season with cracked black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. A squeeze of fresh lemon and I add a few slices of white onion and bake in the oven on 325 degrees. I finish it off on broil for a few seconds for a little crunch and color!
