Beef bibimbap with brown rice:
Marinade beef sirloin in soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced onion paste, minced ginger and garlic, black pepper and salt. Cook in batches along with mushrooms, sliced onions and spring onions on a high flame until the sauce is reduced and coats the beef. Sprinkle over spring onion tops and sesame seeds.
Sauté onions, daikon and spinach separately (one after the other in the same pan) and toss with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Add brown rice to a bowl, add the toppings and a fried egg along with a good dollop of gochujang paste. Mix well and eat! 🍲🌶🍳
