Beet n' Greens smoothie! Wash and roughly chop 1 carrot, 1/2 a cucumber, 1 small apple, and 1/2 a red beet. Put in blender and add 2 large handfuls of spinach, a handful of frozen mango, a spoonful of plain yogurt, a teaspoon of coconut butter or oil, 1/2-1 cup of coconut water (or just plain filtered water), and a sprinkle of ground flax seed. Blend well, adding more water to reach whatever consistency you desire.
