L/o tonkatsu converted to crispy glazed pork stir fry
Sautee onion with minced garlic and ginger. In plenty of canola oil. Add cabbage and salt to wilt. Add the panko-breaded l/o pork to heat through and crisp. Add l/o tonkatsu sauce (ketchup, Worcestershire, Dijon, tamari, brown sugar, salt) to glaze pork. Served with l/o Jasmine rice.
