Warm milk with seafood broth hotpot mix -- did a whole pint and the whole broth package -- but ended up not using all of it (more later). In the meantime, cook squid ink pasta per package directions. Separately, saute 4 sacs of mentaiko in butter. Add cooked pasta and toss. Ended up adding at most half a cup of the milk-broth mix. Add butter and salt to taste, top with tobiko and chives, serve with flavored nori!
