Low carb meal prep! Bfast: hemplers breakfast sausage, za'atar spiced egg, spinach. Lunch: kale and romaine salad with bacon, veg, vegan parmesan, parsley and sunflower seeds (chipotle Mexican salad dressing!). Snack: cucumber and lime. Dinner: NYT's chicken shawarma with lemon-roasted Brussels sprouts, roasted onion and goat cheese.
