Pork egg rolls
These approximate measurements make about 40 egg rolls.
Half head of cabbage, thinly sliced
3-4 large carrots, peeled and shredded
A couple tablespoons shredded ginger
Half a daikon radish, shredded
A good splash of soy sauce
A splash of sesame oil
A pinch of garlic powder (don't overdo it)
Sauté until tender, adding a splash of water if it's getting stuck to the pan.
Then mix in about 1 pound ground pork, browned (reduced fat it best for this)
Cool mixture. Very important!
When it's cool you can wrap it in egg roll wrappers and fry in 350-400 degree oil. 35 is the sweet spot, but don't stress about it.
