Baked Chicken Parmesan - so easy. Chicken breast pounded thin, salted and sautéed in olive oil. In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, olive oil, dried basil, salt and pepper. Pour marinara in the bottom of a baking dish, place chicken and top with fresh mozzarella slices, bread crumb mixture and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. So pretty!
