Poppyseed-Thyme Keto Crackers… whisk one egg with 1/2 tsp fresh blacked pepper and 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt… stir in 1 tbsp ground golden flaxseed, 1 tsp poppyseeds, and a few pinches fresh thyme… stir in 110 g almond flour and 40 grams Carbquik, adding a tiny splash of cream to help the dough form… press into a thin layer on a silpat mat, cover with another mat and roll to 1/8 in thick. Slice with pizza cutter, piercing each cracker 1-2x with a fork. Bake at 350° for ~15 minutes until golden.
