Very simple to make this yummy dinner! Healthy too!

Ingredients: 1 bunch of chopped broccoli, 1 spaghetti squash, 1 bell pepper (diced), 3 cloves of garlic, shredded cheese, oil*

1. Preheat oven to 450F
2. Half the squash and place face down on a lined baking sheet
3. Bake for 30min
4. While baking, pour oil into large pan and toss in the garlic over medium heat
5. Cook the broccoli and bell pepper for a few minutes, then add water to steam for about 3min
6. When the squash is done, use a fork to scrap the insides into a large bowl
7. Combine the scrapped spaghetti squash insides with the broccoli, bell peppers, and cheese
8. Scoop the combo back into the spaghetti squash halves
9. Top with some cheese
10. Bake for 10min or until cheese has melted

*Can also try with ground beef or chickeb
