Potato frittata (still sizzling) made with fresh organic ingredients
Sauté onions and honey gold potatoes in butter, when lightly cooked add diced bell peppers, cooked ham and diced kielbasa. Pour your whisked farm fresh eggs (I add a dash of milk & club soda) diced cherry tomatoes, scallions and shredded mozzarella. Season with salt & pepper. Finish in the oven under the broiler. Serve with mixed greens or salad of your choice, we love it lukewarm. Bon appétit
