Vegan coconut macaroons! Whisk 4 tbsp of aquafaba (liquid from canned chickpeas) with 1 teaspoon of vanilla then add 3 cups of unsweetened shredded coconut and half a cup of sugar or so. Use a tablespoon to scoop into balls and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees! #Vegan #Dessert #Baking
