Cauliflower crust pizza #keto #hflc #lowcarb #ketodinner #ketorecipes #ketopizza • Make a sauce with tomato paste, diced tomato, garlic, Italian seasoning, chili flakes, salt/pepper, bone broth… simmer, seasoning to taste
• Sauté sliced mushrooms
• Cook slivers of red onion and red pepper in a nonstick pan, stirring infrequently for a grilled effect, adding oil at the end to prevent sticking

• Preheat oven to 425°
• Rice cauliflower until you have 4 cups
• Heat cauliflower until softened (I stuck it in the oven while I prepped other ingredients) • Use a cheesecloth to remove liquid from cauliflower (save it for soup or something!)
• In a medium bowl, mix cauliflower with 1/2 c shredded gruyere, 1/4 c shredded Parmesan, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp chili flakes, fresh ground salt and pepper
• Add 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 scoop carbquik (could use any flour subs for those, equivalent to a heaping 1/2 c)
• Spread mixture over a silpat mat
• Bake for 15 minutes —
• Top crust with sauce, fresh mozzarella, veggies (I used the onions/peppers on one half and the mushrooms, fresh diced jalapeño, and olive tapenade on the other half), meat (I used speck and 'nduja), shredded cheese (I used gruyere/Parmesan), eggs, fresh black pepper • Return to oven for ~10 min, until egg whites are set

• Slice and serve with avocado slices
