Jalapeño and roasted garlic mac and cheese!
Honestly, I used my left over cheeses for this, so it's feta, cheddar, mozzarella, goat cheese and parmesan. I dumped all the cheese and a cup of milk into a pot and put it over medium heat. While I was doing that, I chopped one jalapeño and two cloves of roasted garlic, then added those to the cheese. I stirred until creamy. Then I made the pasta (shells work great for mac and cheese) and used black truffle oil in the pot. After the pasta was ready, I mixed the pasta and the cheese sauce with some bread crumbs and Italian seasonings and broiled it for 4 minutes at 500 degrees.
Now I'm just eating all I can! Sorry this recipe is a little light on details. I kinda just cook as I see fit lol. Enjoy!
