Pineapple Banana Green Protein Smoothie: great post-workout boost. Serves 1. Place ingredients in blender in the following order, blend until smooth and enjoy. 1/4 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup power greens (baby kale, chard, and spinach), 1 scoop unflavored or vanilla whey protein powder, 1-2 tsp monkfruit sweetener, 1 tsp flaxseed meal, 1 banana (6 inches), 1/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks, and 2-3 ice cubes.
