Gluten free banana, almond and mixed berry cake. Mix together 1/2 cup almond meal, 1/2 cup sugar, 3/4 cup self raising flour, 1 mashed banana, 1 egg, 3/4 cup milk, 50ml grape seed oil, and a handful of berries. Bake at 160C for ~45 mins or until cooked through. Serve with fresh berries and cream!
