Gluten free pizza! Pro tip: buy Udi's frozen crust and bake at 400 for a solid 8 mins before adding toppings. Avoids the dreaded soggy middle! While crust is crisping, I add more garlic to marinara, plus salt, lemon juice and pepper, and stir it all up for a flavorful sauce.
