I was inspired by my favorite cookie by Joy the Baker to make these Brown Butter Grapefruit Cupcakes w/ White chocolate butter cream. I used a basic vanilla cupcake recipe, but added 1/4 C brown butter and 1.5 Grapefruits worth of zest. I baked them for 20 minutes at 325. I made an American butter cream, and added 6 oz of melted white chocolate. So good!
