My city has crappy/expensive pizza. So I decided it was time to take matters into my own hands. I Whipped up the crust with thekitchn recipe for thin crust pizza dough. Then I threw together an arugula pesto (arugula, basil, garlic, olive oil, Parmesan and pine nuts) and topped the pizza off with tomato, gruyere and of course more pine nuts and fresh arugula. Can't get over how easy this was, and delicious!
