I don't know what's for dinner turned into a simple but super good creamy polenta topped with fresh broccio, tapenade, fennel stems and toasted pine nuts. And a green leaf salad, scattered with clementine segments, raisins and more toasted pine nuts dressed with olive oil, crunchy salt and pepper.
