One- pot pasta: boil & stir in a pot 4 cups veg stock, mini orecchiette, asparagus, with a liberal dose of herbes de Provence, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes. Once the pasta is pretty much cooked (7mins), throw in kale, generous splash of heavy cream, Parmesan cheese. Let cook 1-2 mins more, remove from heat, serve with a wee bit more Parmesan.
