Crockpot Pork Sandwhich
Pork shoulder about 2-3 pounds salt and pepper with some vegetable stock at the bottom. Cook high for 4-5 hours. Shred and mix in favorite BBQ sauce. I use a French roll and melt pepper jack and jalapeños! Yum
