Crustless Spinach and Artichoke Dip Quiche : 4 eggs, 1 cup of spinach , 2 tbsp sour cream, 2 oz softened cream cheese, 1 cup artichoke heats in water drained , 1 tbsp lemon juice , 1 clove of garlic minced, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray the pan with a no calorie cooking spray . Sprinkle top of quiche with cheddar cheese . Cook for about 45 minutes , or until the top starts to brown . Low carb option
