Low carb Super Bowl Recipe : buffalo chicken meatballs - ingredients for the meatballs 1 lb of ground chicken, 1 large egg, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, 2 cloves minced garlic or 1 tsp minced garlic jarred , 1/2 small chopped onion, parsley flakes, salt , pepper, sauce : 1 cup of buffalo sauce, 1/2 cup butter . Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Heat the sauce ingredients . Once cooked dip in the buffalo sauce .
