Inspired by something I saw here but changed a bit to suit our family's allergies and preferences: brown rice mixed with rice vinegar, salmon marinated in soy-ginger-teriyaki-gochujang-garlic, cooked and mixed with sriracha mayo, smashed avocado, chopped jalapeño, topped with seaweed and black sesame. Stack in a measuring cup lined with plastic wrap, flip and enjoy.
