Boil the 6 potatoes until they're soft. Remove skins. Blister the 2 chiles, remove skin and blend them with the potatoes in a blender. Put in water and milk to taste. (For more creamy soup, use just milk) Melt 2 tablespoons butter to a soup pot and add the soup. Add salt and simmer for a good 5 minutes.
