Chicken kebabs, marinated in yogurt and Indian influenced spices. Fenugreek, fennel pollen, coriander, onion powder, garlic powder, a bit of minced fresh garlic and some grated fresh ginger, salt and pepper. Grilled on a stovetop grill pan. Served with brown basmati rice tossed with onions, carrots and green beans that were blanched, drained, dried and then sauteeed over high heat with a bit more of the above spices. Topped with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro.
