Pork, Pineapple, and Sesame Broccoli
Roast broccoli in oven with olive oil, sesame seeds, and salt. Cook pork over hot skillet with coconut oil, set aside, pour in cubed pineapple chunks with salt, a little butter, splash of soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar. Stir often until browned and soft. Toss roasted broccoli with sauce of soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, finely minced ginger, and finely chopped garlic. Serve pork with pineapple and broccoli.
