My family really loves this dish! You can literally use the sauce in this for whatever your would like! Veggies only, noodles only, meat/ veggies/ noodles. Here's what you'll need:

(1) cup broccoli florets sliced in half
(1) cup cooked angel hair pasta coated with 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil
(1) tbsp rice vinegar
(2) tbsp soy sauce
(2) tbsp brown sugar
3/4 tbsp flour
(2) garlic cloves minced
1/2 medium onion, dived
(1) tbsp vegetable oil
Optional: Dash of red pepper flakes.

Mix flour, sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes in a bowl and set aside.

Heat pan on medium heat, add oil and onion, fry until just translucent, add garlic and broccoli, fry for 30 seconds, add the soy sauce mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes or until thickened.

Pour everything in pan over your noodles and coat evenly, serve immediately. Enjoy!
