Chopped up 1 lb of chicken breast, a bell pepper, a few carrots, half a pound of green beans, and a bunch of shiitakes. Tossed everything with miso paste, a clove of garlic, microplaned, rice wine vinegar and a little algae oil. Roasted at 400 for 12 min, broiled for 4 more. Serve w cilantro and sriracha.
