Bake cut tomatoes, garlic and shallots with olive oil, fresh thyme, parsley and dill for 20 mins @ 130C.
Then add sliced par boiled potatoes onto which place the prepared, breadcrumbed sea bream and bake for a further 30 mins until the fish comes away from the bones.
