Saturday mornings call for quick and hearty breakfasts.
Chop veggies small and sauté in olive oil, season heavily, I used coriander, turmeric, and garlic powder, then crumble tofu over top and continue to cook until the water has evaporated.
Made a quick salad of baby kale and romaine with lemon, and covered the scramble in nutritional yeast and Sriracha.
Hella good.
